I’ve been involved in the sport of gymnastics for many years. I have done everything from training, coaching, managing a gym website, building gym sites, tweeting live competitions, conducting interviews and many more things.
This website is for everyone that is interested in the sport of gymnastics- from current gymnast,retired gymnast, to coaches, judges, owners, spectators and parents.
Not only do I coach gymnastics, but I coach every other sport out there as well. I’ve coached, soccer, baseball, pole vaulting, football, track & field, wake boarding, MMA, UFC, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, CrossFit, and swimming. You might be wondering, how? I created a workout for all sports using the idea and concepts of gymnastics.
